Reign Caviar – Our Signature Products

Reign offers the finest Russian caviar in Hong Kong exclusively sourced from theCaspian Sea in Astrakhan, Russia.

The sustainably farmed sturgeons are bred in hatcheries on the flowing water of theVolga river, reared in the conditions of their natural habitat, and fed “kika”(sprat).The result of the excellent environment and feed is caviar of unparalleled quality and taste. They are properly sanctioned for export under the CITES agreement.

Reign’s fresh Russian caviar is packaged and shipped in its natural state, without preservatives or pasteurization, and with a minimal amount of salt (Malossol). It has a shelf-life of 60-90days with proper storage between -4°c (no freezing). However, it should be consumed within a few days after opening.

Our four quality caviar products – Beluga – are exclusively available at the ReignAbalone and Shop 109, 1/F, Prince's Building, Central. They are available on this of 50g, 125g, 250g, and 500g . All caviar orders are wrapped in insulated thermos cooler bags with frozen ice packs that can maintain a constant temperature for 6-8 hours.
