Description
Swiss Michelin star chef supervised the production of Wild Caught New Zealand Black Gold abalone truffle dumplings, selected wild New Zealand black gold abalone, Japanese scallops, and premium egg yolk as fillings. Black Gold abalone lives up to its name, with a cool gray-black color. This abalone grows in the unpolluted waters of the volcanic belt in southern New Zealand near the Antarctic. It can only be caught by fishermen diving with bare hands. It is very rare. In addition to its fleshy teeth, it is also rich in minerals. The processing method is more different from that of ordinary abalone. It is dry-aged for 30 days and then slow-cooked. Because the moisture of the abalone decreases during the aging process, the meat is softer and richer. Each abalone dumpling contains half (about 50 grams) of abalone, and is also paired with black truffles from central Italy. It is a great item whether used as a gift or for gluttonous eaters. Although the abalone is fresh and sweet, the truffle fragrance also permeates the rice grains, and the aroma is overflowing, matching each other. When eating, guests can enjoy it with black vinegar, which can highlight the umami of the abalone.  Dumplings are without preservatives and additives, all hand-made, and the taste is very delicious.
