Description

The angel hair pasta served with the secret sauce of Swiss Michelin-star Chef accompanies the South African slow- cooked abalone. Garnished with crispy garlic bits, cress shiso with a drizzle of olive oil, it leaves a delicious lingering flavour on the palate. Serving with Konjac noodles is also available as a low-carb option.
